EightSys provides custom software development, AI integration, web development, growth engineering, and related digital services. All projects are governed by individual project agreements outlining scope, timeline, and pricing.
Upon full payment, clients own 100% of the code and intellectual property for their projects. EightSys retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a separate NDA is signed.
Projects are typically billed as a percentage upfront with remaining balance due upon completion. Monthly retainers are billed at the beginning of each month. Late payments may incur fees.
Timelines are estimates based on the scope defined at project start. Delays caused by client feedback or scope changes may extend the timeline.
We provide 30 days of post-launch bug fixes at no additional cost. Extended support is available through monthly retainers.
EightSys is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.
